The ParaSkate has been designed to assist in the safe handling and stowage of gas and other cylinders. Initially aimed towards the medical market and therefore built to stringent healthcare standards of durability from the outset, the ParaSkate now has it’s place in many industries delivering many advantages over rival trolley types.
The Paraskate Plus (shown here) also has an integrated handle which provides further assistance in handling special cylinders such as pin reference types.
The ingenious design allows gas cylinders to be dropped into the ParaSkate – the unique and patented parallelogram device automatically grips and holds the cylinder in place. The cylinder can then be safely manoeuvred without lifting or dragging along the floor.
When removing the cylinder simply press down on the rear of the ParaSkate and lift the cylinder to release- no tools or skills required.
The ParaSkate allows the user to easily manoeuvre gas or other cylinders around including up and down stairs, with no lifting required- reducing potential injuries in the workplace. When used in conjunction with the ParaDoc, cylinders can be safely stowed to satisfy Health and Safety issues in public environments.
Hygiene issues are addressed thanks to the anti static wheels and the ability to sterilise the ParaSkate. Unsightly floor stains and abrasions from dirty or rusting cylinders are eliminated.
The ParaSkate can be used in conjunction with the ParaDoc to further improve stability when stowed.
